Your data will be processed for the purpose of:
- a) the performance of the contract for the provision of services set out in the LE Service Terms and Conditions (based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- b) fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator;
- c) marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, including personalised ones (based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- d) the investigation or securing of claims (on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- e) for your use of the newsletter service, on the basis of your consent, (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);

Your personal data processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract for the provision of services set out in the Terms and Conditions of the LE service and fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligation will be stored for the duration of the contract, and thereafter for the period necessary to:
- a) after-sales service (e.g. complaints handling);
- b) security or redress of grievances;
- c) fulfilment of a legal obligation of the Administrator (e.g. under tax and accounting legislation;

You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller or to processing for direct marketing purposes, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing (where processing is carried out on the basis of consent) which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data breaches the GDPR;

Providing your personal data in order to fulfil the contract for the provision of services set out in the LE Terms of Service is a condition of the contract. You are obliged to provide them, and the consequence of failing to provide personal data will be the inability to conclude a contract and provide services. Your provision of personal data for the use of the newsletter service is voluntary.

Your personal data may be transferred to entities that process them on request, i.e. carriers, postal operators, accounting service provider, technical service partners (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites), debt collection companies;
