What is the delivery time and cost?

Both the time and the price of delivery depend on the chosen option:

  • Standard delivery within EU- 2-4 working days = €11,47
  • Express delivery within EU - 1-2 working days = €27,29

The delivery price depends also on the weight of the products and counts automatically in our store. Each time you add products to the cart you can see the available delivery options with the price relating to all products currently in the cart.

What is the production lead time?

The production time depends on the product ordered:

  • Standard labels - 3 working days
  • Labels coated with varnish or laminate - 4 working days
  • Labels coated with 3D or 3DMAX varnish or foil (gold, silver)- 5 working days

Production time is calculated from the moment of payment and the sending of the correct file prepared according to the specification.

Is it possible to pick up the order personally at the company's office?

Yes, through the online store you can place an order by selecting free personal collection at our company's headquarters in Poznań, Poland.

PAYMENT

How can you pay for the order?

The order is accepted when paid. We offer the following payment methods:

  • Payment by credit/debit card
  • Payment by PayPal (PayPal account or credit card)
  • Bank transfer

Is it possible to pay on delivery?

There is no option for payment on delivery. A prepayment is required.

Do I have to set up a customer account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account to place an order. You can make a purchase without registering.

How can I create an account at labelexpress.eu?

To create an account in our store, just click in the upper right corner of the screen "Register", fill in basic data and create an account. You can also do it directly after placing the order on the order confirmation page.

What are the benefits of registering at the store?

After registering in our store you will be able to log in to your account and to:

  • Go through the shopping process faster
  • Check the status of your order
  • View the history of your orders
  • Manage your address data

What should I do if I forget the password to my account?

After clicking the login link (in the upper right of the screen) in the login window, just click "Forgot your password" and then enter the e-mail address to which the account was created and reset the password. A message will be sent to the e-mail address with a link to reset the password - it will be possible to enter a new one.

How can I check what is happening with my order?

Each time we change the status of your order, you will receive information on the e-mail address provided during the purchase. Additionally, if you have registered in our store you can check the current status of the order after logging into your account.

How and when to send a file with printable graphics?

The file with the graphics prepared for printing the labels can be attached in the cart after submitting and paying the order. You can also send it to [email protected] - with the order no. and respective files indicated.

What if I want to order labels all in the same size but with a few different graphics of print?

In this case, please order the required number of labels and send files with graphics to the address [email protected], precisely describing which file in which quantities should be printed.

Is it enough to send the logo and other materials and describe what the label should look like?

No, we do not deal with creating graphics and preparing files. To accept your order, we must receive from you a correct file prepared for printing in accordance with the specification provided in our store.
