Your personal data, including your first name, last name, and email address, will be processed based on the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator in conducting marketing activities related to the Administrator's products or services. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance, hereinafter: GDPR), which allows the processing of data when it is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.
