How do I order custom stickers with my own design?

You can order custom stickers at LabelExpress.eu entirely online, without having to send enquiries or wait for a quote. Using our sticker printing calculator, you select the relevant specifications, see the price straight away and can proceed to the basket. You upload your design file after placing your order.

  • Please state the width, height and number of items,
  • select the type of material and adhesive,
  • Select the shape of the stickers: circle, oval, rectangle or any shape,
  • select the number of files, i.e. print designs,
  • select the method of application and the type of packaging,
  • Upload a finished design or create one using the design tool,
  • Order online and pay for your order.

The biggest advantage of this ordering method is that you can check the price straight away. In just a few minutes, you can compare different options, for example, the same design on paper and on film, and choose the best option. If you need further information, you can contact us by email or phone. However, this is not necessary to place an order.

How much do bespoke stickers cost?

Prices for bespoke stickers at LabelExpress.eu start from 49 zł net. The final amount depends on the specifications selected in the calculator. We do not charge a separate fee for preparing the file for printing or for the die-cut template. You pay only for what you order.

  • the type of material and its finish,
  • the format and shape of the stickers,
  • print run,
  • refining,
  • packaging: roll or sheet,
  • selected delivery time.

For small print runs, the unit cost is higher than when ordering several thousand items. However, you do not need to order more stickers than you actually need. A smaller print run may prove more cost-effective than buying several thousand, some of which will go to waste once the packaging is changed. The calculator shows the price for each print run separately, so you can compare the costs straight away and decide which quantity will be the best value for you.

What materials are best suited for bespoke stickers?

At LabelExpress.eu, we print bespoke stickers on a wide range of paper and film materials, which you can choose to suit the type of product. We offer FSC-certified paper materials. You can also choose the type of adhesive separately: standard or strong.

  • standard, natural and textured papers,
  • semi-gloss self-adhesive paper,
  • white PP film,
  • transparent PP film, i.e. clear,
  • metallised and premium fabrics,
  • standard or strong glue.

The type of material has a significant impact on the appearance and character of the finished sticker. Self-adhesive paper gives it a natural, handcrafted look and works well on cardboard. Film is suitable for packaging that comes into contact with moisture, whilst transparent film stickers allow you to achieve a printed effect without a visible background. If you’re unsure which to choose, order a few of each and see how they look on your packaging.

What finishes and enhancements are available for bespoke stickers?

We offer bespoke stickers in a range of finishes, from a classic gloss finish to special effects that give packaging a unique look. We print in CMYK at high resolution, as high print quality is most evident in the finer details. You can select the type of finish in the calculator along with the other order parameters.

  • gloss and matt,
  • soft touch,
  • cold foil,
  • gilding and silvering,
  • 3D and 3D Max post-processing,
  • Matt, gloss and soft-touch lamination.

Finishes allow you to give a product a more exclusive look without incurring high costs. The ‘soft touch’ finish feels pleasant to the touch, gold plating catches the eye against a dark background, and 3D Max creates raised details that are visible when viewed at an angle. Even with small print runs, you can order two finish options, compare them and choose the one that will work best for larger-scale production.

Can bespoke stickers be made in any shape and size?

Yes, at LabelExpress.eu we cut bespoke stickers in both standard and non-standard shapes, with no additional die-cutting costs. You specify the format yourself by entering the width and height in millimetres. Laser cutting allows us to cut the stickers precisely along the outline of your design.

  • a circle and an oval,
  • a square and a rectangle,
  • rounded or straight corners,
  • any shape, cut to shape,
  • dimensions given to the nearest millimetre,
  • stickers on a roll or in sheets.

The fact that there is no die-cutting charge is particularly advantageous for unusual shapes and small print runs. In a traditional print shop, the cost of die-cutting often meant that irregular shapes were only cost-effective for larger orders. Here, die-cut stickers cost the same as rectangular ones, so you can choose the shape to suit your product, rather than your budget. If you need stickers on a roll, check out labels and self-adhesive stickers on a roll.

How do I prepare a file for printing bespoke stickers?

Please prepare the print file for your bespoke stickers in PDF format, in the CMYK colour space, at a scale of 1:1 and a resolution of at least 300 dpi. If you do not have a design ready, you can create one using the free online design tool available when placing your order at LabelExpress.eu. We do not accept commissions for designing graphics from scratch.

  • PDF format, scale 1:1,
  • colours in CMYK, not in RGB,
  • minimum resolution of 300 dpi,
  • bleeds and text safety margin,
  • fonts converted to curves,
  • A separate file for each design.

One of the most common mistakes is preparing a design in RGB. After conversion to CMYK, colours may lose their intensity, particularly bright greens and navy blues. Another problem is placing text too close to the edge, which can make it appear misaligned once cut out. Both issues are often only visible on the finished sticker. With a new design, it is therefore worth ordering a few samples to test before committing to a run of a thousand.

How long does it take to produce bespoke stickers?

The standard production time for bespoke stickers at LabelExpress.eu is 3 working days. For selected materials, you can opt for express production, with delivery in as little as 24 hours. Materials available under this option are clearly marked in the calculator. We count the production time from the moment the payment is processed and a correctly prepared file is submitted.

  • standard: 3 working days,
  • express service: in as little as 24 hours, for selected materials,
  • The timer starts once the payment has been processed and the file has been uploaded,
  • The delivery time is added to the production time,
  • The dispatch date is shown in the calculator before you place your order.

A short turnaround time is particularly important when changes need to be implemented quickly, for example with a new batch of a product, a revised formulation or a last-minute promotional campaign. Print-on-demand allows you to respond to such situations without having to plan large print runs in advance or build up stock. This solution is in line with the Just-in-Time model: you order exactly as many stickers as you currently need.

Where are bespoke stickers best used?

Custom stickers from LabelExpress.eu can be used wherever individual product labelling is required, whether on packaging, in online sales or in brand communication. These may be stickers featuring a company logo or personalised stickers listing the full product ingredients, in other words, information labels. A single sticker can convey important information whilst also serving an advertising purpose.

  • food products: preserves, spices, labels for jars,
  • cosmetics and handicrafts: candles, lotions, soaps,
  • artisan drinks and spirits,
  • e-commerce: promotional stickers and parcel-sealing stickers,
  • company stickers and advertising with the logo,
  • technical markings and product labels.

In small workshops, bespoke stickers often form the core element of a product’s visual identity. In larger companies, they help maintain a consistent look across multiple product ranges without the need to order separate runs for each one. In both cases, it is essential to be able to print small batches and make changes to the design as the product evolves. Personalisation is therefore the foundation of the entire order, rather than merely an additional option.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I order individual customised stickers?

Yes, at LabelExpress.eu we print bespoke stickers from as little as 1 piece. There is no minimum order quantity, so you can order anything from a single sticker to try out to several thousand.

Is it possible to order several custom sticker designs in a single print run?

Yes, you can combine several different print designs in a single order for bespoke stickers. You specify the number of files in the calculator, and upload each design separately after placing your order.

Do you need to have your own design to order bespoke stickers?

No, you can create your own custom sticker design using the free online designer at LabelExpress.eu or upload your own PDF file. However, we do not accept commissions for designing graphics from scratch.

How much does a die-cutting template cost for bespoke stickers?

Nothing. We cut bespoke stickers to any shape without any additional die-cutting costs. A non-standard outline therefore costs the same as a rectangular shape.

In what format should I upload the file for bespoke stickers?

Please prepare the file for your bespoke stickers in PDF format, in the CMYK colour space, at a scale of 1:1 and a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Convert fonts to curves and ensure there is a safe margin between the text and the cutting line.

How quickly are bespoke stickers ready?

We normally produce bespoke stickers within 3 working days, and with certain materials, even within 24 hours. Delivery times, which vary depending on the country and the chosen delivery method, must be added to the production time.

Can custom stickers be ordered on rolls or in sheets?

Yes, bespoke stickers at LabelExpress.eu are available both on rolls and in sheets. Stickers on rolls are ideal for automated application, whilst sheets are best suited for manually applying smaller batches.

What is the difference between custom-made paper and plastic stickers?

Custom paper stickers from LabelExpress.eu have a natural look and are more affordable. Foil stickers are more resistant to moisture, and the transparent foil allows for a print effect without a visible background.

Colours available We offer labels in a wide range of colours, from classic white and transparent, through elegant cream and natural kraft, to striking gold and silver, which add prestige and character to your products. You can print labels with your own graphics with us.
